RICKY DAVIS and ricky d's renegades
u no him from iowa, where he played college ball, miami -just for a bit, or from where he was made famous in cleveland with his cavaliers, or u live in boston and met him when he joined the celtics. u may no them from their many stellar apperances at the gund arena, or u might have seen them at champs for the nba lottery party, or maybe j-walking on dover center road by drug mart. but i no u no all of them, cause they are RCKY DAVIS and ricky d's renegades!!!

the history of the renegades
the renegades started in the middle of the 02-03 season after a comment made by RICKY. he stated that he was unhappy with the fan support in cleveland at the gund arena. some westlake high school seniors read this in the plain dealer and had an idea. they began attending cavs games at the gund painting "cavs" on thier chests in orange and blue (the cavs former colors). ricky noticed these fan-atics and asked if they could stay after a game. so after the game ricky mentioned he was grateful for their support and decided to purchase a row of tickets for them for the rest of the season. after that the renegades grew like a snowball rolling down a hill (getting really big). fellow students were asked at school to go to the games and then the renegades were born. there have been changes in paint color and type. there have been up 14 renegades at one game ("this is cleveland") and have also appeared on espn's sportscenter spelling "yao ming who?" they have been featured on the front page of the clevand plain dealer and mentioned in many articles there and in other cities. they have there own t-shirt with their logo on it and the gund arena had a banner put up behind them. in the new 03-04 season many changes happened to the renegades. they have new colors and now paint in wine(red). RICKY was traded but the renegades still attend the games to support the cavaliers. most fo the renegades went to college but some stayed in the area and atttend the games and bring underclassmen from westlake. the others attend when they are in town for the weekend or holidays. the renegades are planning a large celebration when RICKY returns to the gund as a celtic, stay tuned for more info.

renegades trip to see DAVIS in boston
the renegades have planned a trip to go reunite with RICKY DAVIS in his new home court of boston. they will be attending the march 26 game in boston and drive back to cleveland to make sure they make it for the cavs home game. be sure to tune in to espn to catch the game and see for yourself the awesome power of the renegades.
